Jason Glisczynski, CFP®, CPWA®, CEPA®

Jason is Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Silvertree. In his role, he leads Silvertree’s Private Client Group, helping high-income families and business owners make smart decisions with their money, reduce unnecessary taxes, and leave a legacy that’s organized, protected, and meaningful.

For over two decades, Jason has worked alongside manufacturers, entrepreneurs, and families navigating wealth’s complexities. He launched Silvertree Private Client Group to offer something rare in the industry: truly personalized, protective, tax-efficient strategies delivered by advisors who listen first, act second, and always prioritize what’s right for the client – not what’s easy or typical.

Jason has particular expertise in the manufacturing industry, having worked closely with plant managers, engineers, and owners, so he understands their unique needs and challenges. He has advised clients through complex transitions — business exits, sudden liquidity events, and multigenerational planning needs — always with a sharp eye on tax impact and long-term security.

Jason is an active member of CWIMA (Central Wisconsin Manufacturing Alliance) and the Portage County Business Council, and a proud supporter of Wisconsin’s manufacturing future. He also teaches continuing education for CPAs through WICPA (Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants) and is an AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants) candidate. Additionally, Jason is the author of the international best-selling book, Planning with Purpose: Solving Your Unique Retirement Puzzle, and a frequent speaker for CPAs, business groups, and financial education forums across the Midwest. He is a graduate of UW-Stevens Point with a BASc degree in Business and Accounting.
